What We Aim For

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our reference standard and check new pages against it.

Steps we have taken

• Headings are structured in order so screen readers can move through a page
• Navigation, links, and buttons can be used with a keyboard, and there is a skip-to-content link
• Images carry text alternatives that describe what they show
• Text and button colors are chosen for readable contrast
• Text reflows and stays readable when you zoom or use a phone

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services that we do not control, such as our quote form, booking calendar, review widget, call tracking, and maps. When we find a barrier, we fix it or give you another way to get the same thing done.

Tell us what happened and we will help right away. It helps to include:

• The page you were on
• What you were trying to do
• The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using

You never have to use this website to work with us. Call (661) 631-1960 during shop hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) and we will give you a quote, book your drop-off, or answer any question by phone.
